ALL ARE WELCOME

Mr. Fergus M. Bordewich will conduct a free lecture and discussion on "Bound for
Canaan:  The Underground Railroad and the War for the Soul of America".  Find out how significant a role Millbrook and Dutchess County played in the Underground Railroad--you will be amazed by what you hear and learn!

The Underground Railroad has entered our collective national mythology with images of daring escapes under the cloak of darkness and the deification of a few larger-than-life heroes who risked it all to lead slaves northward out of slavery.
